Wow! This went better than I expected. My rate is much lower than anticipated. I might actually be able to afford to live in a house!

I really think I want to be on the Family Feud game show.

 

So far as good with house purchase. I had the inspection on Saturday. There are some issues but nothing too big. I learned a lot about the history of the house which was really exciting for me.

Today (Monday) I'm meeting with the insurance agent (yuckkk).

This week I'll be in Connecticut from Wednesday - Sunday for business.. Then I come back and close the loan monday the 6th.. I can't wait!

I'm hoping to move in the 24th of March!

Hello anyone who happens to come across this. I've been away and busy for a while. At least too busy to type in this thing. A lot has happened since the last time I posted. The main thing is that I bought a HOUSE. I move in April 1st!
