I think I'm officially happy.

I quit one of my jobs last wednesday. I was actually looking forward to going to work that day, but when I came back from lunch things changed. Details aren't appropriate, but it's probably for the best that I move on. I did have a good weekend, spent it with friends and released the negative vibes.

I'm going to take this week to focus on my freelance work and line-up places I want to send my resume to.

I'm ready for the snow already. It's cold, but no payoff. Which reminds me that I need a new new winter jacket. My jeans smell like pizza from last night. I avoided Halloween all together.. I had some options, but nothing seemed that fulfilling.

I did get a new camera in the mail yesterday. I'm pretty into it.. It's small, but not too small and feels sturdy. The quality is excellent compared to my previous cameras. So in short, I'm satisfied.

I've started to wake up early lately without an alarm. I just started waking up naturally around 8:30a. It's really odd for me because I've always been a sleeper. Maybe this is a sign of aging? My dad wakes up at 4:00a if not earlier, maybe his genes are starting to kick in.

My mom retired yesterday. Dinner with her and Mike tonight. I have a surprise planned, but won't reveal it in case she happens to read this.. (she has a lot of time on her hands now!).
